How do I place my order?

Ordering with us is easy – simply follow these steps:

  1. Whilst viewing the item(s) you’d like to purchase, select the size you require and click “Add to bag”. Once you’ve finished shopping, go to “Your bag” in the top right corner.
  2. Confirm you’ve selected all the items you’d like to buy and select “Go to checkout”.
  3. Type and then confirm your delivery address.
  4. You’ll now be presented with payment options; select your preferred payment method and type the required payment details.
  5. Now, check your order and, if applicable, enter your voucher/discount code.

Click to confirm your order – and you’re done! You’ll see the confirmation on screen, plus you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly enclosing your order reference number and a link to track your delivery (go here for more info on tracking your package)

How do I find a specific item?

Searching is easy on Gotrend; you can search by either product name or brand using the handy search bar in the top left.

Once you’ve begun your search, easily refine products by category, colour, material and more using the quick filters up top and to the side of the page.

How will I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you follow the steps above to place an order you’ll be shown a confirmation on screen, along with a confirmation email shortly thereafter. This will entail your order number, payment details, delivery address and tracking details.

You can also sign into your account on Gotrend and check your recent orders under ‘My Account>My Orders’.

I've placed an order – where is it?

Shipping and delivery takes 3-5 days (Saturday-Thursday) once an order is placed. Once your order has been shipped by our team, you’ll receive an email containing a personalised delivery estimate plus a tracking link, enabling you to track your parcel live (please allow 24 hours for the link to become active).

An overview of the whereabouts of your package can be found under ‘My Orders’ on our website.

How do I cancel my order?

We’ll be sad to see you go, but there’s no need to worry; if you made a mistake, changed your mind or no longer need your items, you’ll have the option to cancel without charge, as long as it hasn’t yet been shipped. Follow these quick and easy steps to cancel:

  1. Log in on Gotrend.com and go to ‘My Orders’.
  2. Find the order you’d like to cancel and click ‘Cancel Order’.
  3. Click ‘Cancel Order’ or ‘Cancel Items’, then follow the steps on-screen to completion.

We are unable to change your delivery address once you’ve placed an order, however you’re able to cancel and then re-order with the correct/required address.

How can I control the notifications I receive?

By default, Gotrend sends notifications & reminders to keep you updated on your order progress and all other important information by sending emails and SMS(s).

You can now choose to turn off all such alerts by just logging into your Gotrend Account:

  • Click on "My Account" at the top-right corner and log in into your account.
  • Click "NOTIFICATIONS" on the left side panel.
  • Click to manage/edit your notification settings.
  • You can change this setting at any time.

Why am I not able to cancel my order?

If the ‘Cancel Order’ option is not available, this means that your order has already been processed by our fulfilment team in the warehouse; at this juncture, your option will be to receive and then return your order, if need be.

Why was my order cancelled?

We will be unable to process your order/item if one of the following scenarios takes place:

  • Order Verification - Wrong Phone Number: Our team was unable to reach you on your shared contact details.
  • Item not Fulfilled by Supplier: The item(s) you purchased were not delivered to us by the supplier on time.
  • Payment on Hold: This doesn't happen usually, however, there are certain transactions that are held by the payment system if it detects an issue. In such a case, the order will not be processed without ID (Government ID of the cardholder / Passport) details. The name on the ID shared must match the name of the cardholder so we can process your order.
  • Duplicate order: In case of a duplicate order placed within the same time span, our team will request you give a confirmation on the second order placed, otherwise, we’ll just go ahead and cancel it.

 

Please note

 - When we are unable to process an order, it will be automatically cancelled. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the same.

How do I use a promotional code?

Website:

  • Choose between ‘Continue Shopping’ if you would like to add more items or ‘Proceed to secure checkout’.
  • If you wish to continue as a guest, simply enter your email address to proceed.
  • If you are a returning customer, simply enter your Login details to proceed.
  • If you are a new customer, register here with your contact details.
  • Choose your delivery address to proceed.
  • Choose your desired payment method and go to ‘Checkout’. In the payment section, you can add the promo code after selecting the mode of payment.

 

App:

  • Download our free Gotrend app and select the items you like, select your preferred size and quantity and finally go to ‘Add to Bag’.
  • Choose between ‘Continue Shopping’ if you would like to add more items or ‘View Cart’ if you are done shopping.
  • If you wish to continue as a guest, simply enter your email address to proceed.
  • If you are a returning customer, simply enter your login details to proceed.
  • If you are a new customer, register here with your contact details.
  • Choose your delivery address followed by ‘Proceed to Payment’.
