Select the order and then choose the item you would like to return.

Put the item(s) into the box and pull the strip when you want to close the box.

You can either return your parcel by dropping it off at your nearest Aramex shop or use our home pick up service. Find your nearest Aramex shop www.aramex.com/eg. Returns are free of charge.

Once the package has reached our warehouse. Your money will be transferred back to you.
